Inventory view

The inventory shows you in detail which precious metals you own - broken down by metal, product and storage location.

Call up inventory

Click in the sidebar on „Inventory“, to go to the stock overview.

Views

By metal

Shows your stock grouped by precious metal:

• Total weight per metal
• Number of positions (various products)
• Average purchase price
• Current market value
• Unrealized profit/loss

By product

Shows each individual product type:

• Product name (e.g. „Krugerrand 1oz“)
• Number of pieces
• Total weight
• Average price
• Current value

By storage location

Shows where your precious metals are stored:

• Storage location name
• Total value at the location
• Included products

Inventory details

Click on an entry to see details:

• All transactions for this product
• Purchase dates and prices
• Performance development

Filter options

Filter the inventory by:

• Metal: Only gold, silver, etc.
• Storage location: Specific location only
• Period: Purchases in the selected period

Profit/loss calculation

The performance is calculated as follows:

Unrealized profit = current market value - purchase value

Example:
- Purchase: 100g gold at 50 €/g = 5,000 €
- Current: 100g gold at 55 €/g = 5,500 €
- Profit: 500 € (+10%)
