CSV exports are ideal for Excel, Google Sheets or the tax consultant.

CSV export options

Export transactions

  1. Go to „Export“
  2. Choose „CSV (transactions)“
  3. Optional: Restrict time period
  4. Click on „Start export“

Included columns:

Date | Type | Metal | Weight | Unit | Price/unit | Total price | Currency | Product | Storage location | Notes

Export inventory

  1. Go to „Export“
  2. Choose „CSV (Inventory)“
  3. Click on „Start export“

Included columns:

Metal | Weight (g) | Quantity | Ø Purchase Price | Current Value | Profit/Loss | Performance (%)

Open in Excel

  1. Open Excel
  2. File → Open
  3. Select the CSV file
  4. For import options: Separator = semicolon (;)
  5. Encoding: UTF-8

Open in Google Sheets

  1. Open Google Drive
  2. Upload the CSV file
  3. Double-click to open in Sheets
  4. Done - Google recognizes the format automatically
💡 Tip for tax consultants:
The transaction export contains all the information for calculating the speculation period. In Germany, precious metal sales are tax-free after a holding period of 1 year.
